Welders

2162604 Ontario Inc. O/A Quick Truck and Trailer Repair located at 62 Selby Rd, Brampton, ON L6W 3L4, requires 2 Welders on a Permanent and full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience as a Welder. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

JOB DUTIES AS A WELDER:

1. Perform welding jobs based on project needs.
2. Select proper fillers for jobs as per the material.
3. Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
4. Determine weldability of materials.
5. De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface text.
6. Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
7. Operate manual and semi-automatic flame cutting equipment.
8. All other relevant tasks.
