Job duties:
Essential Responsibilities
• Design Websites and be proficient with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Sketch
• Development of websites using HTML, CSS and Javascript keeping in mind User Experience concepts and good practices.
• Have knowledge of backend frameworks like Wordpress to develop a web interface for other employees to manage the web platform without the knowledge of programming languages.
• Develop branding strategies such as logo applications on digital and print media.
• Image manipulation skills with Adobe Creative Software Suite.
• Create digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms.
• Plan the use of software tools specifically tailored for logistics to improve the quality of the services offered by the company.
• Teach and train staff with the new technology tools that will be used

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working on similar position
• Post-Secondary Certificate/Diploma
• Demonstrated ability and comfort with industry-standard design and prototyping softwareStrong analytical skills
• Analytical. You are able to weigh the pros and cons and cost and benefits of different design solutions, backed by research and data.
• An awesome portfolio showcasing your previous designs and processes.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently within project deadlines
