Position – Warehouse Manager
Job type: Permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours
Salary: $38.50 /hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the sale of products and services to existing clients
• Identify potential clients and solicit their business
• Assess the client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of use of goods or service
• Deliver presentations to clients in order to close sales
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
• Contract preparation and administration is one of the responsibilities of this position
• Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit the client's needs
• Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
• Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
• Resolve product and service-related problems
• Keep track of inventory and organize it accordingly
