Duties:

• Working with large and complex datasets to build quantitative models which predict future price movements;
• Applying modern mathematical and statistical methods to analyze complex datasets;
• Analyzing academic literature and applying new ideas to predict stock price movements;
• Determine the company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives which are met through the effective management of human, financial and material resources;
• Authorize and work with other senior managers to organize the establishment of major departments and associated positions as required;
• Delegate and direct appropriate assignments to middle managers and other staff to create optimum working conditions; and
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
• A university bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, is required.
• A university master’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science is required.
• A PhD degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least three years of experience in quantitative finance is required.
