USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
E – Net Solutions Inc. is hiring Permanently 3 positions for User Support Technician.

Calgary, Alberta

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities;

• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software programs.
• Help other technical support workers.
• Travel one to another existing company to identify difficulties.

Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
Candidates having a college diploma in computer science, website technology, network administrator OR 1-2 years of experience in similar establishment.

Salary: $35.39/Hour and guaranteed 30hrs/week
