Hours of work: 40 hour week
Salary: $142,000 to 175,000 CND per year
Benefits: 5 weeks paid holidays, company contributory medical top-up scheme and generous relocation allowance. Will be eligible for company bonuses and salary increases in accordance to company policy.

About Us:

ITPS Canada Ltd has been providing contracted flight test services and innovative, effective training to civil and military customers from around the world since 2001. Available training includes a number of standard flight test courses as well as customized programs for the civil industry and individuals. ITPS also offers advanced Tactical training for fighter pilots and Fighter Weapons Instructors. ITPS´s innovative programs and depth of competence provides solutions to the specific requirements of each customer. The International Test Pilot School (ITPS Canada Ltd) is looking to employ a Test Pilot Instructor.

Job Duties:
• Ensure safe flight test operations
• Instruct and mentor student test pilots and flight test engineers
• Develop and provide lectures in the classroom
• Participate in related projects from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be a Test Pilot;
• Preference given to graduates of a Test Pilot School;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the military and/or civil industry;
• Experience in spin testing is an asset;
• Meet the requirements of EASA ATP with CAT-1 Rating and be eligible for a Flight Test Instructor rating;
• Ability to obtain Canadian CPL;
• Previous experience as an instructor at a test pilot school is an asset;
• Must be a good team player, self-motivated and meticulous.
