Tattoo Studio Manager

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Tattoo Artist and Studio Manager

Job Duties:
• Address customers' inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of a Tattoo Studio
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams as required
• Experience with Standard design styles, Repairs and cover-ups
• Experience with Custom designs and Colour Realism

Wage and Benefits: $37.00 per hour; personal days and vacation days available
