The company sells a variety of meat products, including fresh meat, frozen hotpot meat, barbecue meat etc. and other food products, frozen seafood, canned items, sauce and so on. We are currently hiring a support services manager (NOC 0114) to assist and support the store’s operation.

Job Duties:
1. Evaluate the missing capabilities of the business operations and implement support and service plans for improvement.
2. Facilitate service administrative processes to support the store’s operation in all aspects.
3. Manage all records and documents including invoices, licenses, QA/QC reports, stocks, supplier contracts and data entry tasks.
4. Ensure products meet the company and regulatory standards by running tests, inspections, reports, internal and external audits.
5. Develop training programs and materials for staff to ensure understanding and adherence to the Health & Safety protocols and requirements.
6. Organize recruitment events, oversee training procedures from screening, interviewing to staff orientation and performance review.
7. Implement contingency plans in response to emergencies and business deficiencies.
8. Prepare reports regarding stock, write-offs and wastage and discrepancies regularly to the owner.
9. Maintain open and effective channels of communication with staff, clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience at supervisor/management level in administration or related fields is required.
3. Knowledge of food safety and health protocols is highly desired.
4. Sound attention to detail and accuracy, computer literacy and fast learner
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills and leadership
