STAY FRESH is a Vancouver-based marketplace boutique that specializes in premium and collector sneakers, streetwear, and accessories. Currently, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (NOC 0113) to develop strategies in procurement, inventory and logistics and ensure the stability of our supply chain.

Job Duties:
1. Develop supply chain strategy to ensure proactive product sourcing, procurement of goods and inventory management
2. Negotiate and establish long-term purchasing and supply agreements with key suppliers to guarantee high quality, reliable and low-cost products.
3. Record and assess quality, movement, and expenditure of all products
4. Create sourcing, procurement and inventory strategies to reduce costs and evaluate product quality
5. Provide benchmark and implement best practices to support the company’s business objectives including procurement, logistics, and inventory.
6. Deliver continuous improvement across KPIs measuring the service, cost and quality of our supply chain
7. Adjust supply chain and purchasing activities through the product lifecycle, including new product introduction, change implementation and product phase-in/phase-out strategies
8. Collect, organize and review purchasing, logistics and inventory records to ensure compliance with the company’s requirements and policy
9. Ensure that vendor defect issues are addressed promptly to supplier and defective product is replaced
10. Network and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and logistic partners, search and source potential suppliers, vendors and logistic partners
11. Recruit, train and coach staff and monitor their performance to maintain competency

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or college diploma is required.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in managing supply chain or a similar role
3. Strong knowledge in the supply chain, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory control and applicable laws and regulations is highly preferred.
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
