Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Sumwa Trading Co. Ltd is now hiring an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for their warehouse in Calgary Alberta.

Job requirement and qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in the occupation is required
• Team player - positive, reliable and motivated
• Be physically capable of performing the required duties and work on flexible hours by shift
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to supervise 3-4 people
• Speak English, 2nd language is an asset due to many workers who speak second language under their supervision.

Major Job duties include:
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units and departments
• Resolve work related problems
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Prepare and submit reports, arranged for maintenance and repair work
• Arrange training of staff, and conduct performance reviews
