Shift Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $20.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 6011 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, V5B 1R8
Education: No formal education is required
Experience: 2 years of experience is required
Languages: Written and Spoken English are required

Duties:
~ Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve gelato, beverages
and food.
~ Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for the business
~ Establish work schedules and procedures
~ Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
~ Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
