Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement and production operations, specifically focusing on international imports. This role involves managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and supporting business growth.

Duties:
• Develops and oversees the production timeline, coordinating between different departments to ensure products are manufactured on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage various departments to ensure work is being completed efficiently and within the required time frame
• Establish company policies and ensure they are being implemented within daily operations of business and work with staff members to develop new programs as needed
• Review and establish financial/administrative controls
• Work in a leadership role to delegate tasks and responsibilities to middle managers and other staff as required
• Monitors production process and solves issues that may arise during the production process to meet deadlines
• Manages relationship with fabric, trim, accessories, and packaging vendors based on performance, quality, and pricing.
• Coordinates the relations with international vendors; maintains relationships with factories to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, negotiate pricing (FOB, CMT, LDP) with vendors overseas and secure cost-effective deals
• Collaborate with Compliance and QA team to implement product specifications and meet social, ethical, environmental, and technical compliance requirements
• Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process, from raw material procurement to the shipment of finished goods
• Ensure seamless collaboration between procurement, sourcing, production, and logistics teams to meet customer delivery deadlines efficiently
• Develop and maintain cost sheets for President’s approval
• Cultivate new supplier relationships and seek out new supply sources to be presented to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
• A University degree in business administration, finance or other discipline in relation to the role is required
• Masters degree from a recognized university is preferred
• 7-10 years minimum textile industry experience is required
• 5+ years of senior level experience in textile supply management, particularly in procurement, sourcing and production within the garment industry is required
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards and quality assurance processes
