Job Duties:
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of Security Guards
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor quality of customer service and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
