Position: School Manager

WESTCAN GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP CORP. is looking for a Full-time and Permanent School Manager.

Work Location: #210-8600 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC, V6X4J9, Canada

Salary: $26.91/hour ($55,973 annual)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross salary for the vacation pay; 5 days of sick leave per year.

Job Duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of school
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
Qualification and Education Requirement:
Languages: Fluent in English
Education: Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree
Experience: More than 2 years working experience in management or previous experience in a similar role.
Others:

• Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be organized, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
