Work Location: 45835 Yale Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2N6
Position Title: Sales Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Wage: $36.60 – 37.60 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 business days of paid vacation or 4 % vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Assign duties, prepare and create work schedules, handle duties of cashiers as needed;
• Supervise and coordinate cashiers in the restaurant;
• Monitor, maintain and order merchandise inventory and resolve customer concerns, sales issues, and supply shortages;
• Authorize payments, discounts, and refunds according to restaurant policies;
• Train and support new staff, arrange training, and monitor and report performance;
• Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, staffing, and inventory;
• Maintain the restaurant’s appearance and brand image, including displays, signage, and overall cleanliness;
• Handle key managerial tasks such as opening and closing the restaurant and receiving deliveries.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is usually required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team;
• Working knowledge of English.
