(Telecommunication store) has a job opening for a full time ‘Retail Sales Supervisor’ position at Burnaby BC location.</p><p>Job location: 7581 6th Street Burnaby, BC V3N 3M4</p><p>Job title: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC: 6211)</p><p>Salary: $750.00 per week</p><p>Vacancies: 1</p><p>Job type: Full time, permanent (30 hours per week)</p><p>Job duties:<br>-Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff at the store.<br>-Prepare their work schedules/shifts and assign them job duties.<br>-Inform sales personnel and customers about telecommunication contracts, promotional offers, best deals/discounts and cell phone plans.<br>-Keep a check on inventory level of cell phones and accessories to avoid over stocking or under stocking.<br>-Attend customers and perform sales to gain more business.<br>-Maintain a record of payments received; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.<br>-Resolve client complaints and provide excellent customer service.<br>-Coordinate flow of information.</p><p>Job requirements:<br>-Completion of high school education is required.<br>-Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.<br>-Knowledge of English language is required.<br>-Must be confident and have a positive attitude.</p><br><p></p>
