Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Location: 2052 Kingsway Vancouver, British Columbia V5N 2T3 Canada

Wages: $26.50/Hour

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Positions Available: 2

Job Responsibilities:
-Plan, direct, organize, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and kitchen.
-Set weekly staff schedules and monitor performance
-Handle reservations and party bookings
-Day to day shift management
-May recruit, hire and train staff
-Maintain highest standards of food quality and cleanliness and resolve customer complaints
-Control inventory, supplies and waste etc and implement ways to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of English language is required (Vietnamese language will be an asset)
-Must have two years of work experience in a similar field.
-Completion of a college diploma or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
-Passion for service and commitment to quality.
-Strong attention to details.

Benefits:
