Renovation Project Specialist

At this time, BND Woodworking Inc. is looking for an experienced Renovation Project Specialist to assist with the implementation of a variety of kitchen-renovation projects.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Efficiently organize, manage and control a high volume of renovation projects from start to finish
• Serve as a liaison between customers, designers, estimators, and other parties involved
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate activities of renovation teams
• Provide the necessary coordination and monitoring to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of projects
• Resolve work-related issues and recommend improvement measures
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met at every step of the renovation process
• Report weekly progress and provide regular updates to management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary diploma in a construction-related discipline would be an asset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction/ home renovation sector, including in a supervisory/ project management capacity
- Deep knowledge of construction practices and techniques
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- A high level of professionalism
- Fluent English

WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $24.18 per hour for 42 hours of work per week (equivalent to $52,800 annually)
