Job Description:
• Greet clients and direct them to contacts
• Provide basic information about the tour programs to clients
• Order office supplies and manage the inventory
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records
• Receive and issue payments from clients, and send the invoices
• Answer phone and relay the call and message to the right department and person in charge
Requirement:
• Successfully completed at least secondary education required
• Required at least +1 years of experiences as a receptionist
