Responsibilities:

As a Purchasing Manager at Cascade Powersports Inc., you will play a vital role in our success by managing the sourcing, procurement, and inventory of motorcycle, ATV, and dirt bike parts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality products.
• Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new products to add to our inventory.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of procurement professionals.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain principles.
