Production Coordinator

Position Details
Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
Location: 100 Tempo Ave #10, North York, ON M2H 2N8
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Salary: $ 50,000 - $ 63,000 per year
Benefit: Paid vacation days

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure a seamless production flow.
• Supervise production workers, including training new employees and checking that all employees are performing duties in a safe manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process to meet industry standards and customer specification.
• Work closely with production teams to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
• Implement solutions to improve overall production efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

Job Requirements:
• A college diploma or higher in business, supply chain management or related fields is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in production coordination or a related role.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Works well in a fast-paced workplace and multi-tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be able to communicate in English.
