We are seeking a keen Procurement Specialist to work closely with senior leadership to command the development and management of our global network of factory partners. This instrumental role involves shaping and executing sourcing strategies aligned with company vision, ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, sustainability, and compliance. From identifying and onboarding new vendors to negotiating costs and fostering innovation, this Procurement Specialist will drive excellence across our supply chain. Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
• Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align procurement activities.
• Negotiate offers and product costs from suppliers to achieve target prices and margins.
• Review quotations and perform internal audit.
• Determine contract terms and conditions and award contracts to appropriate suppliers.
• Ensure that procurement activity is ethical and adheres to the organization policy.
• Create purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in material master usage.
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems and provide customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned; travel as needed.

Salary: $30/hour, 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent

Experience, Education & Designations
• College diploma or above
• Minimal one year of experience in vendor development and purchasing or procurement experience or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes would be an asset but not required.
• Previous experience negotiating product costs.
• Understanding of brand pricing strategy and margin expectations.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
• Familiarity with garment production materials would be an asset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
