On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare production reports, schedule activities, and set up equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the painting team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supervise the use of different brushing and spraying techniques and paint doors, cabinets, drawers, etc., professionally and in a timely manner.
• Help painters mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of wooden and MDF surfaces and apply lacquer and acrylic finishes using HVLP and airless paint sprayers.
• Ensure that all painting equipment, such as spray guns, sanding machines, and drying ovens, are regularly maintained and functional, and schedule repairs as needed.
• Maintain supplies and materials by keeping track of stock, ordering required products before jobs made it to production, and ensuring paint supplies were correctly stored to prevent damage.
• Perform routine quality control checks during the receiving and shipping process.
• Train painters on painting techniques, equipment usage, safety protocols, and troubleshooting to improve efficiency and quality.
• Address issues during the painting process, including troubleshooting machinery, correcting color mismatches, or addressing paint adhesion problems.
