Operations Vice President

We are currently looking for an Operations Vice President to join our team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume accountability for the company’s overall operational aspects and provide day-to-day leadership
• Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy to achieve profitability, cash flow, and business objectives through the operations
• Establish methods to measure and maintain customer service excellence
• Ensure operational success by monitoring customer satisfaction and client relations
• Provide insights to support efficient business decision-making
• Establish objectives and formulate policies, contribute to key business process governance
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies and programs

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or engineering (electrical, electronics, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience within an engineering, automation or electrical operations environment
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

WORK CONDITIONS
• Permanent, full-time position
• $60.00 per hour
• 35 hours of work per week
