Currently, we are looking for a full-time Nail Salon Manager who can ensure smooth daily operation.

Position: Nail Salon Manager
Wage: $34.62 - $35.62 per hour (Depending on working experience)r
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting date: As Soon As Possible

Responsibility:
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a nail salon, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for salon staff.
• Manage the salon's budget and inventory, ensuring resources are optimized.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high-quality service experience.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for promotional and marketing efforts.
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualification:
• A college diploma or vocational certifi cate in the subject of instruction may be required.
• One to three years of experience in the service being offered are usually required.
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Working knowledge of English;
• Great problem solving and time management skills;
