Massage Therapist

Century Feet Reflexology is looking for three Full-Time Massage Therapists (NOC 3236-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours per week, $30.00/hour.

Job Description:
• Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body
• Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body
• Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations
• Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients
• Maintain records of treatments given
• Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans
• Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as massage therapist
• Minimum education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Language in the workplace is English
