ABOUT POSITION:

At this time, we are looking for a skilled Landscaper to join our team, who will be responsible for planning and construction of hardscaped areas.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Plan and construct hardscaped environments such as interlocking stone installations, including driveways, patios, walkways, steps and retaining walls
• Communicate effectively with clients to plan tailored hardscapes, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Assist clients with selection of stones in accordance with project specifications and design plans
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment including but not limited to saws, drills, compactors and grinders
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all materials and equipment are available and organized for each job
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• On occasion maintain the hardscape environments if requested by clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of a 2-3 years program in landscaping
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in related position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:

• Permanent, full-time position
• $20.00 per hour for 35-hour work week
• Overtime may be required to complete urgent work. Applicable overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
