Position: Land Survey Technician
Location: 200-2010 WINSTON PARK DRIVE, OAKVILLE, ONTARIO, L6H 5R7
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $29.50/hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of survey documentation, including field notes, sketches, and digital data.
- Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and other related tasks under the guidance of a licensed surveyor.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to process survey data and create detailed maps and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols during all surveying activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate findings accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- College diploma in geomatics or land survey technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in operating surveying instruments and software, including GPS, total stations, and CAD programs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical data and drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed is an asset
