Duties:
• Preparing sandwiches, salads, fruit takes
• Making falafel and kibbeh meatballs
• Making meals and Middle Eastern dishes
• Keeping an inventory of ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Cleaning kitchen and work area
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Middle Eastern cooking
