Salary: $55.00 / hour for 30 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer software, networks and information systems.
• Oversee the professional development and training of information systems personnel.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan based on delivery methodology.
• Introduce and integrate new information systems and software to enhance efficiency and productivity within the company.
• Improve team performance by identifying, managing, and supporting the resolution of team impediments.
• Responsible for end-to-end release planning and defining processes at each product lifecycle stage.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive company and customer information from unauthorized access, breaches, or cyber-attacks.
• Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration.
• Ensure seamless integration of software applications and hardware components for optimal performance.
• Coach and mentor other team members on the program team to ensure consistent ways of working across teams.
• Remove impediments encountered by the team to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with business requirements and IT delivery to deliver a working solution in every release.
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Assist in internal and external communication, improving transparency and backlog refinement.
• Empower the team to make system and process improvements identified in retrospective meetings.
• Meet top management to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations.
• Establish and maintain backup systems to ensure data can be recovered in case of hardware failures, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks.
