Home Support Worker (NOC:44101)
I need a reliable Home Support Worker at Surrey, BC, Canada, to take care of old mother.

Wage Rate: $23.25 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening, overtime if required.
Education: High School
Experience: experience is an asset
Languages: English
Benefits: Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months of medical insurance, if required.
Job Duties:
• Assist in bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• Make beds and change linens, as needed.
• Launder and iron clothing.
• Assume full responsibility for household (in absence of householder)
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Shop for food and household supplies.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, followed by clean-up.
• Provide companionship.
• Accompany to appointments, e.g., physical therapy, doctor.
• Accompany to religious services and other events.
• Provide personal care.
• Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk.
• Ensure that client’s physical, social, intellectual, and emotional needs are met.

Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory.
Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada. Position is available and open to Aboriginal people, youth, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities.
