Handyperson

Iron Horse Rentals Ltd is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Handyperson at 20680-89A Avenue, Langley, BC, V1M 2N5.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 24/hr and 40 hours/week.

Main Duties:

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs

Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment

Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse

Employment Requirements:
Secondary school education is usually required. Previous maintenance experience may be required.
