Job Duties:
• Identify the company’s mission and strategic path through explicitly defined policies and clear goals achieved by managing human, financial, social and material resources in an efficient and effective way.
• Authorize and structure the formation of key departments (immigration and legal consulting, marketing, sales, case processing, administrative, and finance departments) and their corresponding senior-level roles.
• Distribute and assign human, financial and material resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
• Set up financial and administrative measures to supervise and manage operations.
• Develop, evaluate and give permission to marketing campaigns including advertisement, promotions and etc.
• Give permission to the overall human resources planning of the company.
• Appoint middle managers, empower them with necessary authority based on operational needs, and create an optimal work environment.
• Represent the company in various official occasions such as conferences, negotiations, industry events and etc.; delegate representatives, when necessary, to act on behalf of the company in negotiations and other official engagements.

Job Requirements:
• A university degree specializing in discipline related to the service provided by our company is required.
• Several years of experience as a middle manager in finance, communications, or other business services is required.
