Job Description
• Supervise and coordinate the operations of kitchen staff and guest serving staff.
• Handle takeout food orders and ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest
• Resolve customer issues in the absence of Manager
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Perform same duties as workers supervised

Job Requirements
Minimum one year of work experience required in a similar field.
Knowledge of English language is required.
High school education is required.
Must pay attention to details and be able to work in a fact pace environment.
