Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years.

Ability to Supervise
3-4 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Candidate must be willing to do a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment

Candidate must be client focused, have flexibility and be a great team player

Specific Skills:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and handle food
• Determine and order supplies and ingredients
• Ensures food service and quality control standards are up to quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedule.
• Supervise and check food preparation

Additional Skills:
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety protocols
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
