Floorcovering Installer Helper

Andy's Masonry and Renovation, Ltd. is GTA's premier finishing contractor. Our services include bathroom and garage remodeling, multiple rooms renovation, installation, replacement and repair of doors, drywall and flooring, painting, tile-setting, masonry, and more.
At this point, we are looking for a Floorcovering Installer Helper to assist with current and prospective job orders.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist floor covering installers with all aspects of the job – site deliveries, cutting, measuring, prepping, etc.
• Load and unload materials and move them to work areas
• Clean surfaces, equipment, tools, remove debris from work sites
• Perform other duties, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of general safety practices
- Physical strength and ability to perform manually dexterous duties
- English proficiency

WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $22.00 per hour
- 35 hours of work per week
- Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay ($33.00) after 44 hours of work per week
- Location of Employment: You will be required to travel across GTA (Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, etc.) to clients’ sites. Company’s main address: 813 Ninth Avenue, Hamilton, ON, L8T 2A7.
