Flight Crew Supervisor

Based at head office in Ontario, direct the scheduling of corporate pilots and support crew in Canadian operations. Responsible for ensuring safe operations of all flight and ground equipment and ensuring compliance with all federal and provincial regulatory requirements. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new pilots and crew in corporate job responsibilities, policies, protocols and safety procedures.
-Manage subordinate staff and direct Canadian operations;
-Oversee dispatch of vehicles and balloons;
-Monitor Canadian operations departmental budget, performance, and provide reports to owners;
-Work with owners to achieve performance goals, company promotion and safety goals;
-Review and approve administrative paperwork and report to owners;
-Review and approve pilot paperwork and report to owners;
-Fly advertising and passenger flights in hot air balloons as required.

Wage: Salary dependent on experience - $825-$1000 per week + bonuses. 35 hours/week. Variable hours, including weekends.
