Estimating Manager

Education:
High school diploma is required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required

Languages:
Oral and Written English is required

Duties:
Plan and control budget and inventory
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Review the scope of work. Review the previous year’s estimate, quote, and job
completion notes to identify lessons learned to apply to this year’s quote (if this is a renewal). Clarify any scope questions with the Business Development Manager and/or the Production Manager.
Receive feedback from Production on estimating accuracy and incorporate learnings to improve estimating accuracy.
Follow (and improve) the standard Grime Fighters estimating process as defined in the Estimating Manual or other related documentation.
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
