Job Description:
• Providing technical support to all aspects of Neutron’s field services in customers’ facilities and Neutron’s shop
• Assisting with jobs/projects including
o Working in the field on electrical projects
o Working with our other trades to complete various projects and service calls
o Managing jobs to ensure they are completed professionally
o Providing leadership to apprentices when called upon
• Appropriately executing your jobs/projects including
o Completing the required work at an appropriate level of quality
o Completing the required work within time and budget targets
o Ensuring site clean-up
• Providing clear and through communication with customers on the status of your jobs, other field technicians and, the office as required to successfully execute jobs
• Managing scope creep on jobs including identifying the scope creep immediately, getting customer approval ( in writing or by email) and creating a new job with the office
Requirement:
• Complete the high school/college/apprentice program in electronic
• Trade certification is available
