Minimum Education: Completion of a one- to two-year college program in drafting or in related field
Experience: one to two years of work experience or completion of college program in drafting

Main Duties & Specific Skills:
• Develop and prepare engineering drawings, windows and doors shop diagrams or layouts from architect blue prints
• Operate computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations
• Prepare windows fabrication and installation design and specifications, costs and material estimates
• Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications provided by the client
• Write technical reports for shop and installation team
