We are currently looking for Dairy Products Foreman to join our Margarine Department, under the general supervision of the Plant Manager.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers of the Department.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies. Control material and products losses.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
• Prepare production reports.
• Responsible for assisting with production problems, ensuring tools and equipment are available.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma;
• 2+ years of full-time experience in a similar capacity;
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills;
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment.

BENEFITS AND SALARY
• Permanent, Full-time position;
• $28 per hour for 37 hours per week;
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week;
