Job Description
Dotto-One is looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about
providing great customer support and interested in helping provide a refreshing alternative to
large incumbent Internet service providers in the Greater Toronto Area and the City of Hamilton.
The role calls for excellent in-person and remote communications skills and a positive and friendly attitude that best represents our unbeatable service experience.

About Dotto-One:
Dotto-One is an Internet service provider that manages our own fiber optic-based facilities in
order to bring a reliable and low cost ultra-high speed Internet service to condominiums and
apartment buildings in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton Region.
Our mission is to provide a level of service that far exceeds a customer’s previous experience
with Internet service providers. We are customer focused technology experts that ensure
customers on our network experience ultra high speed connectivity free of traditional problems
related to speed, wireless connectivity and security.
Our vision is to elevate residential Internet service quality in Toronto to levels beyond those
found only in enterprise managed service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
● Handle customer inquiries by phone, email or social media
● Provide information about the products and services
● Appointment booking and dispatching to internal teams as required
● Develop and update customer records based on team interactions
● Follow-up with customers on billing related matters
Business Administration:
● Monitor and share various metrics reported by internal systems
● General reception duties
● Inventory management and purchasing for small supplies
Inside Sales Support and Marketing:
● Input on sales and promotion strategy based on first hand customer engagement
● Coordination of marketing material distribution
● Participation in marketing events
Qualifications:
● Highly effective communication and written skills
● Positive and professional demeanor
● Ability to develop rapport with clients
● Experience in a customer service, sales, administration, or related fields
● Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
● High degree of initiative, with the ability to take ownership with minimal supervision
● Familiarity with Salesforce, Woocommerce, and Slack is considered an asset
