Our Vancouver, BC location is looking for a dynamic Corporate Manager with a focus on Business Development, with substantial and strong relevant experience.</p><p>Position: Corporate Business Development Manager<br>Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)<br>Location of work: 1925 Main Street, Vancouver BC V5T 3C1, Canada<br>Application deadline: February 1, 2021</p><p>Responsibilities<br>● Lead team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of contracts, with focus on Vietnamese market.<br>● Making cold calls, setting up e-meet and delivering business promotional pitches and presentations.<br>● Organize regional and divisional operations.<br>● Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of business development team.<br>● Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to business development and promotion.<br>● Determine strategic planning related to company services.<br>● Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.<br>● Providing effective support and services to customers.</p><p>Skill requirements<br>● Good understanding of planning and architectural design services.<br>● Having a good network of clients and partners within industry and market.<br>● Knowledge and experience working with Vietnamese developers is an asset.<br>● Effective interpersonal skills with a focus in client relationship management.<br>● Experience managing a moderate-sized team of project coordinators or junior business development executives.<br>● Proven track record of meeting corporate goals and targets.<br>● Ability to work under deadline pressure, including overtime.<br>● Be available to travel on business trips.</p><p>Qualifications<br>● Master or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.<br>● At least 7 years of relevant work experience at manager level.</p><p>EKISTICS offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package, medical, dental, and life insurances.</p><p>EKISTICS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.</p>
