Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as instructed by the chef.
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

Job Requirement:
• Completion of secondary school is an asset.
• 01 to less than 02 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
