Working hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Main duties
• As all members at our kitchen are involved in menu innovation, optimization of operations, andjoining together to bring a better food and service
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food;
• Manage inventory of food items and beverages;
• In charge of preparing food equipment for service;
• Maintain the quality of our food, kitchen staff and helpers, and clean kitchen and work areas
• Fill in or assist the head chef.
Employment Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• at least 1~7 months of work experience of cooking
• Working as a team to ensure food quality during the fast-paced kitchen environment.
