Salary: &17.00 per hour, full time, 35 hours per week, permanent, regular
Job requirements: education: high school, trades certificate or diploma related to cooking or equivalent experience, experience 2 - 3 years, personal suitability, organized, reliability, team player, skilled in preparation and cooking meals in Eastern European (Polish) cuisine.
Duties: prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods from scratch as per Eastern European recipes, plan menus for lunch/dinner take outs, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements , and monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, prepare custom orders, maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration, keeps spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products, ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, follow up hygiene and safety procedures,
