residential buildings. We are urgently looking for 1 Residential Construction Supervisor
to add into our team.

As a Residential Construction Supervisor, candidate will be required to:
• Active participation in supervising the activities of our workers at the construction site, proactively manage the daily meetings, and ensuring the objectives of each projects are being safely executed.
• Know firsthand the resources deployed at the worksite and actively participate in ensuring all resources are used efficiently.
• Take action to ensure quality issues are closed out in a timely manner.
• Track expenses (Time + Material) and prepare work order for additional work.
• Order required material and plan well in advance.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Solve work issues and resolve disputes at site with workers, vendors or any other third party.
• Perform other related duties as required.
