This role offers a great opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and growth in a collaborative environment.
Position Details:
• Annual Salary: CAD 63,700
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week
• Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Job duties and responsibilities not limited to:
• Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms to reflect the group’s commitment to patient care and medical services.
• Lead direct and digital marketing campaigns focused on healthcare services, increasing engagement with patients and clients across our pharmacies and clinics. Oversee execution to maximize reach and community impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy and clinic managers, to develop effective promotional approaches that enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with patients.
• Evaluate healthcare services provided by our pharmacies and clinics, identifying key marketing and advertising needs that cater to the specific demands of the local patient community.
• Prepare marketing reports, briefs, and presentations for senior management, ensuring clear communication of marketing strategies, campaign results, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Execute and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms and Google Ads, optimizing outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and achieve measurable business growth.
• Develop and manage the group's social media presence, including responding to patient reviews, managing testimonials, and enhancing the online reputation of the clinics and pharmacies.
• Organize health-focused workshops, community meetings, and outreach events to promote the group’s services, publicize new healthcare initiatives, and build stronger connections within the community.
• Assist in creating marketing materials specific to the healthcare field, such as brochures, newsletters, and educational content, ensuring they align with the group and healthcare mission.

Skill requirements for the position :
• Completion of a College diploma or Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, public relations or related is required
• At least 3 years of experience as management, advertising or marketing or relevant experience is required
• Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills.
