Status: Permanent Full-time
Hourly rate: 43.00 CAD
Shift: 35Hours per week

Main duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate academic and registration activities of academic records system of a private college or academic institute,
• Manage the activities engaged in Compilation of course details and information, schedules and requirements for admission and graduation,
• Prepare in-class and online teaching materials based on learning objectives,
• Deliver teaching materials to students both in-class and online,
• Make assignments and tests, review results and provide feedbacks,
• Make appropriate change to curriculums,
• Ensure learning objectives are delivered effectively to students,
• Work with students who are studying for a degree or a certificate or certification or are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills,
• Develop an instructional plan (known as a course outline or syllabus) for the course(s) they teach and ensure that it meets college and department standards,
• Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum for a degree or certificate program involving a series of courses,
• Advise students about which classes to take and how to achieve their goals,
• Stay informed about changes and innovations in their field,
• Serve on academic and administrative committees that review and recommend policies, make budget decisions, or advise on hiring and promotions within their department

Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required,
• 3-5 years of related work experience,
