Tasks
Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that cleaning standards are met.
Schedule work shifts and manage workloads to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Establish and communicate cleaning standards and guidelines to the cleaners.
Ensure that proper cleaning procedures, techniques, and safety protocols are followed.
Inspects the areas being cleaned to ensure they meet the established standards.
Assess the quality of work performed by the cleaner, identify areas that need improvement, and provide feedback or additional training when necessary.
Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools, and order, and replenish cleaning products, ensuring an adequate supply is available.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Address any issues or complaints promptly.
Ensure that cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
Promote safe work practices among the cleaners and provide necessary training on handling hazardous materials.
